Alex Korn has a diverse work experience in the sports media and entertainment marketing industry. Starting in 2008, Alex worked as a Sales Associate at Green Depot before transitioning to starpower llc in 2009 where they held roles as an Entertainment Marketer and a Director of Entertainment Marketing. During this time, Alex developed strategic marketing programs and managed talent partnerships for brand clients, contributing to company growth. In 2016, Alex joined Team Whistle and held various positions including Director of Community Partnerships, Vice President of Content, Partnerships & Talent, Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, and Senior Vice President of Creator Monetization and Media Partnerships. In these roles, Alex oversaw talent procurement, managed partnerships, and monetized social media for high-profile creators and athletes. In 2023, Alex worked as a Freelance Marketing Consultant at BECK Media & Marketing before moving on to CakeWorks as a Project Lead for the DTC streaming launches of Utah Jazz and Los Angeles Clippers. Currently, Alex is a Project Lead at Source Athlete Media Group, managing projects such as the Soccer Champions Tour and collaborations with tour sponsor DirecTV.
Alex Korn completed a Master of Science in Sports Business from New York University from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2008, Alex attended Tulane University where they obtained a B.A in Environmental Policy and Political Science. In 2005, they also briefly attended Syracuse University, although no degree or field of study information was provided.
