Melody Dickman

Melody Dickman is an experienced compliance manager at Cal-Maine Foods, Inc. since October 2018. Previously, Melody served as a plant engineer at Kent Nutrition Group from June 2016 to October 2018, where responsibilities included managing ingredient sequencing for over 200 animal feed products and training employees in feed manufacturing processes. Melody's early career included roles as a student employee at the O.H. Kruse Feed Technology Innovation Center, an environmental health and safety intern at Land O'Lakes, and a community assistant at Kansas State University. Melody holds a degree in Feed Science and Management from Kansas State University, acquired in 2016.
