Jack Barker

Jack Barker has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jack currently serves as the CEO and Director of Cal.net, Inc., a leading internet service provider in rural California. Prior to this, they were the CFO and Director of InformAI, a startup specializing in AI-enabled healthcare solutions. Jack also worked as the Managing Director of Profectus Partners, providing senior management talent to privately held companies. Additionally, Jack has served as a Finance Expert for Toptal, connecting top finance talent with clients, and as the Vice Chairman of the Board and later President and Director of SmartSenseCom, Inc., a company commercializing advanced sensing technology. Furthermore, they held the position of Managing Director at The DC Capital Group, providing financial advisory and consulting services. Jack has also worked as the Interim CFO for USA Rugby and as the Managing Director of Matapeake Partners. Jack began their career as a Principal at The Carlyle Group and later served as the Chief Financial Officer of DigiPlex. Jack's roles have spanned various industries including technology, finance, and healthcare.
