Rachel Adar has several years of work experience in various roles and industries. Rachel started their career in 1996 as an Organization and Methods Referent at Discount Bank, where they analyzed and implemented enterprise IT systems. Rachel then moved on to Telrad Networks in 1998, where they served as a Head of Work Process Section, managing production lines and improving work processes. At Telrad Networks, they also worked as a Supply Chain Manager, coordinating development, procurement, engineering, and production. In 2003, Rachel worked as a Logistics Lecturer at Jerusalem College of Engineering. Rachel then joined Ness Technologies in 2004 as a Consultant in the SAP Advanced Application Division, working with senior executives of large companies to implement SAP's APO module. Finally, Rachel spent several years at Cal (Israel Credit Cards), first as a Head of Section in the Operations Department from 2009 to 2013, and then as the Head of Regulation and Control in the Credit Division from 2013 onwards.
Rachel Adar completed their educational journey in Industrial Management Engineering at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Rachel obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from 1993 to 1997, and later pursued a Master of Science degree from 2002 to 2004, both in the same field of study.
