Tamar Gabay Solomon

Tamar Gabay Solomon is an experienced data scientist and data engineer currently employed at Cal (Israel Credit Cards) since January 2012. In this role, Tamar has developed algorithms, statistical models, and clustering techniques using Python and machine learning methods to predict customer behavior and loan patterns. Tamar is also responsible for the end-to-end BI operation, which includes analyzing stakeholder needs, creating ETL processes, and presenting data through dashboards and ad hoc analyses. Prior experience includes working as an Oracle developer at Agrexco and serving as a computer system administrator at the Mamram Alumni Association. Educational qualifications include an MBA with a focus on high tech and innovation from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, a data science professional certification from NAYA Academy, and training in algorithmic trading and Python from DataXCelerator.
