Joel Hortiales

Joel Hortiales is an experienced leader in ministry with a focus on Hispanic/Latino communities. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Hispanic/Latino Ministries at the Cal-Pac Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church since July 2013, Joel has previously held pastoral roles at Santa Paula First UMC and El Buen Pastor UMC from 2009 to 2013. Joel's educational background includes a Master of Divinity degree from Claremont School of Theology, obtained between 2002 and 2008, and studies at Fuller Theological Seminary from 2012 to 2016.
