Aimee-Louise Lee

Aimee-Louise Lee is a dedicated student at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Food Science. Currently serving as a Student Assistant for Cal Poly JARS and Chocolates and the Sensory Team, Aimee-Louise has gained valuable experience through previous roles, including an R&D Product Development Internship at Mars and a position as Food Safety Specialist III with the Hawai'i Department of Health. Additional experience includes serving as a DRC Notetaker at California Polytechnic State University and working as a Food Runner at Waioli Kitchen and Bakeshop. Aimee-Louise's diverse background in food science and safety reflects a strong commitment to the industry.
