Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at Cal Poly Women in Business Association oversees the strategic direction and operational execution of the organization. Comprised of roles including President, Vice Presidents of various functions such as High School Partnerships, Development, Marketing, Operations, Programming, and Strategic Initiatives, as well as the Editor in Chief of The Wire, this team ensures that WIB’s initiatives effectively build, support, and empower young women. They coordinate events, manage partnerships, create development programs, and foster connections with alumni and industry leaders to achieve long-term success for members.
