A.J. Mazzarella

A.J. Mazzarella has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. A.J. most recently worked for Cal Solar Inc. as the Director of Recruiting & HR starting from February 2023. Their role involved overseeing recruitment processes and managing human resources for the company's renewable energy solutions.

Before that, A.J. Mazzarella worked at Bergelectric, where they held the position of HR/Recruitment Manager from July 2014 to February 2023. A.J. played a vital role in training and advancing employees while ensuring a safe work environment.

Prior to Bergelectric, A.J. Mazzarella worked at Tradesmen International, Inc. A.J. started as a Construction Labor Consultant in September 2005 and then moved up to become the Manager of the West Coast Marine Division from September 2007 to September 2011. In their time at Tradesmen International, they handled various responsibilities such as project coordination, recruitment, conducting orientations, and managing payroll and timecard issues.

Throughout their career, A.J. Mazzarella has gained valuable experience in HR management, recruitment, and project coordination within the renewable energy and construction industry.

A.J. Mazzarella completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Marketing from Kent State University between 1995 and 2004. In 2010, they attended UC San Diego and obtained a certification as an OSHA Outreach Trainer in Maritime Studies. Additionally, in May 2023, they obtained a certification in Preventing Discrimination & Harassment: CA Managers V4.1 from Traliant.
