Jennifer Williams

Jennifer Williams, PHR, currently serves as the Director of HR-Aviation Services, Recruiting & Talent Management at IAP Worldwide Services, a position held since November 2015, after progressing through roles including Director of Human Resources - Aviation Services and HR Business Partner. Prior experience includes a tenure as Human Resources Generalist at DRS Technologies, Inc. from January 2011 to November 2015, and a similar role at L-3 Communications from February 2010 to January 2011. Earlier in her career, Jennifer worked as a Rental Coordinator at Darr Equipment Company from April 2004 to January 2010. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management with a focus on Human Resources, obtained from the College of Business between 2006 and 2008, and studies at East Central University from 2000 to 2002.
