Ian Hartley

Ian Hartley is an experienced professional in the fields of operations management and service supervision, with a career spanning over a decade in the HVAC and solar industries. Currently serving as the Director of O & M at Cal Solar Inc. since September 2021, Ian previously held the position of HVAC Operations Manager at ARS Rescue Rooter Plumbing and has also worked as a Service Manager at Adroit Energy, Inc. and a Service Supervisor at Sun Light & Power. Ian's technical expertise was further honed during roles as an HVAC, Solar Thermal & Hydronics Technician at both Solar City and Recurve. Ian holds a degree in Recording Engineering from Pyramind and attended San Francisco State University from 1999 to 2002.
