Derylene Cozens

Derylene Cozens is a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a robust background in managing large-scale construction projects. Since August 2019, Derylene has been with Cala Group Limited, overseeing projects such as a 350-unit scheme that includes an Eco House, a 238-unit development, and a 93-unit split-level development. Prior to this role, Derylene contributed as a Project Quantity Surveyor at Barratt Developments plc, focusing on cost planning and subcontractor procurement. Derylene's extensive experience also includes various positions at Stefanutti Stocks Building KZN (Pty) Limited and Group Five Coastal, where significant projects ranged from mixed-use complexes to large warehouses. Derylene holds a BSC (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and degrees in Property Development and Civil Engineering from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
