Charlotte Emma Scott-Johnson has a diverse work experience in the legal field. (Charlotte) Emma started their career in 2012 as a Solicitor at Pinsent Masons, where they completed their legal traineeship and worked in the Commercial Property, Pensions, and Corporate departments. (Charlotte) Emma furthered their experience through a secondment to Howden Group, where they provided general in-house commercial support. In 2014, they completed a secondment with Howden's Group Legal Team, gaining experience in commercial contracts, commercial property, contract negotiations, and trade compliance. In 2019, Charlotte joined CALA Homes as a Legal Counsel (Secondee) before transitioning to Cala Group Limited.
