Michelle Miller

Michelle Miller, MBA, serves as the Vice President of Compliance at DWC - The 401(k) Experts since August 2025. Prior to this role, Michelle held various positions at Human Interest from August 2021 to July 2025, including Senior Director of Compliance and Account Management, Director of Compliance and Account Management, and Senior Manager of Compliance. Michelle's earlier experience includes roles as Strategic Accounts Manager and Strategic Accounts Relationship Manager II at Paychex from March 2017 to August 2021, and Associate Service Manager at Mutual of America from August 2009 to August 2016. Michelle earned an MBA in Finance from St. Bonaventure University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science from SUNY Brockport.
