Ian Conway

Ian Conway is a seasoned professional in the fields of urban planning and development, currently serving as Managing Director at Cala Homes (West) Scotland since July 2023. With extensive experience, Ian has held the position of Senior Development Manager at CALA HOMES (WEST) LIMITED since February 2017. Prior to this, Ian worked at East Renfrewshire Council as Principal Regeneration Officer, contributing to key projects along the M77 Strategic Corridor that secured £44 million in City Deal funding aimed at economic development. Previous roles include Senior Planner at Kier Homes Ltd and various planning positions at East Dunbartonshire Council. Ian holds an MSc in Urban & Regional Planning from the University of Strathclyde and a Master of Arts in Geography from the University of Glasgow.
