Jen Wylie

As Head of Legal, Jen is responsible for providing a full range of legal, strategic and commercial advice, governance and company secretarial services to CALA.

Before joining CALA, Jen was a Senior Corporate Solicitor in private practice, advising clients on a wide range of corporate law matters including acquisitions, disposals, corporate structures and disputes.

Jen joined CALA as Legal Counsel in 2013 and was appointed Head of Legal in July 2018.
