Joanna Millar

Joanna Millar is an experienced communications and marketing professional with a focus on internal communications and strategy development. Currently serving as Internal Communications Manager at CALA Group Limited since August 2014, Joanna has also held various roles within the company, including Marketing and Communications Coordinator and Group Marketing Assistant. Prior to CALA Group, Joanna worked at Lafarge Tarmac as an Internal Sales Representative and Minimix Coordinator, and held the position of Marketing Manager at Incovo where responsibilities included developing marketing strategies, managing online content, and analyzing market effectiveness. Joanna holds a BA in Marketing (Hons) from the University of Strathclyde, earned between 2006 and 2010.
