John Richards

John Richards is an experienced planning professional currently serving as Group Planning Director at Cala Group Limited since January 2020, alongside the role of Land and Planning Director for the Thames region. Prior to this position, John held the role of Planning Director at Dandara Ltd from November 2014 to January 2020, where John also worked as Senior Planning Manager. Earlier in his career, John served as Associate Partner at Daniel Watney from April 2011 to November 2014 and as Associate Planner at Knight Frank from January 2004 to March 2011. John Richards holds a Master’s degree in Town Planning from UCL and a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from Durham University.
