Nicholas Rendall is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in information technology management and support. Since July 2014, Nicholas has held the position of Information Technology Help Desk Manager at CALA Group Limited, where previous experience as an IT Technician has also been utilized. Prior to this role, Nicholas served as an IT Service Engineer at Dobbies Garden Centres plc from September 2011 to June 2014. Nicholas holds a degree in IT Management for Business, Information Technology from Edinburgh Napier University, completed between 2017 and 2021. Additionally, Nicholas completed a QA Advanced Apprenticeship in 2015-2016 and participated in QA apprenticeships from 2011 to 2012, following education at St Augustine's RC High School from 2005 to 2011.
