Steve Rule McIat

Steve Rule MCIAT began their work experience as an Architectural Technician at K L Skalka Architects in 2001. Steve then joined CALA Group Limited in 2005, initially as the Group Architectural Technology Manager and later as the Group Design & Technical Director starting from November 2018.

Steve Rule MCIAT attended John Hampden Grammar School from 1992 to 1998, where they obtained their GCSE & A-Levels. Steve then pursued a BSc(Hons) in Computer Aided Architectural Technology at The University of Huddersfield from 1998 to 2001. In 2010, they acquired a qualification in CfSH (Qualified CfSH Assessor) from BREEAM in Watford. Additionally, they became a member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (MCIAT) in 1998. In recognition of their accomplishments, Steve was named the Banner Homes Group Employee of the Year in 2012.
