Ashraf Khandwalla has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies. Ashraf began their career at Spanlink Communications in 1995 as a Principal Software Engineer and eventually became a Team Lead, holding this position for over 12 years. In 2007, they transitioned to Calabrio Inc. where they continued to work as a Principal Software Engineer and Team Lead until 2019. During their time at Calabrio, they played a key role in software development and leadership. In 2019, they joined Optum as a Lead Software Engineer, contributing their expertise in software development. Currently, since January 2020, they have been working at Calabrio, Inc. in the position of Senior Principal Innovation Development Engineer.
