Brian Baccam

Brian Baccam is a Senior Implementation Engineer at Calabrio, Inc. since October 2019, responsible for managing client and partner relationships to ensure the successful integration of analytic solutions. Previous roles include Platform Engineer at Crossfuze and Professional Services Consultant at Virteva, where project services involved deploying and configuring Calabrio's WFO Suite.
