Cassie Jarnigin

Cassie Jarnigin is an experienced professional in customer success and product management, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Calabrio, Inc. since March 2018. Cassie has held multiple roles at Calabrio, including Product Manager for Quality Management and Senior Product Knowledge Manager. Prior to this, Cassie worked at Teleopti as a Project Manager/Implementation Consultant and at Epic as an Implementation Project Manager, where significant contributions included guiding a large academic medical center in implementing Epic Software and collaborating with healthcare leadership on software development. Cassie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Human Resource Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, earned between 2010 and 2014. Additionally, Cassie is certified in various Epic modules including ADT, Cadence, Prelude, Referrals, Welcome, and MyChart.
