Daniel Mayer

Daniel Mayer currently serves as the Senior Director of Customer Success Management at Calabrio, Inc., a position held since August 2020 after progressing through roles of Director and Manager within the company. With a focus on managing strategically essential client accounts, Daniel emphasizes relationship-building to enhance client retention, growth, and loyalty. Prior to Calabrio, Daniel worked at Teleopti, a Calabrio Company, from October 2012 to July 2020, holding several positions including Senior WFM Consultant and Customer Success Manager, where responsibilities mirrored those at Calabrio. Earlier experience includes a project management role at Högskolan i Halmstad and an internship in Brazil, complemented by a degree from Halmstad University.
