Jenny Lui

Jenny Lui has extensive work experience in both technical and implementation roles. Jenny is currently working at Calabrio, Inc. as a Technical Engineer Lead, where they have been since January 2022. Prior to this role, Jenny was a Senior Implementation Engineer at Calabrio from January 2021 to December 2022. Jenny's previous experience includes working at IQNavigator as a Technical Consultant and Configuration Analyst, where they played a key role in managing technical projects, coordinating software installations, and providing efficient client training. Before IQNavigator, Jenny worked at Oracle as a Deal Specialist/Sales Operations Analyst and Order Management Analyst/Contract Support. Jenny also has experience working at Sun Microsystems as a Service Implementation Specialist. Throughout their roles, Jenny has demonstrated their ability to implement, troubleshoot, and improve systems, resulting in increased efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Jenny Lui earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Information Systems from Metropolitan State University of Denver from 2011 to 2014.
