Mallory Partain

Mallory Partain has extensive experience in product management and customer support within the technology sector, currently serving as Product Manager and Product Owner for Quality Management at Calabrio, Inc. since November 2017. Prior to this role, Mallory held various positions at Calabrio, including Support Escalation Manager and Customer Support Engineer Level II. Earlier experience includes working as a Technical Support Specialist at GetWireless from October 2010 to November 2017. Mallory holds a Bachelor of Science in Information and Communication Technologies from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and an Associate in Applied Science in Information Technology from Century College. Additional education was pursued at St. Cloud State University from 2005 to 2007.
