Paul Hannan

Paul Hannan has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Paul started their career in education, working as a Social Studies Teacher at Robbinsdale Area Schools. Paul then joined FAIR School Downtown, where they served as a 21st Century Grant After-School Coordinator and continued teaching Social Studies.

In 2012, Paul transitioned to Sophia Learning, where they held the position of Instructional Designer Staff and later became the Manager of Academic Quality Assurance. In these roles, they managed academic teams and oversaw processes to ensure the quality and effectiveness of products.

Moving into the technology sector, Paul joined Calabrio, Inc. In their tenure, they worked as an Instructional Designer, Senior Growth and Engagement Designer, Innovation Design Team Leader, and Product Content Manager. Paul's most recent role with Calabrio was as the Senior Manager of Product Engagement & Adoption. Additionally, they founded and led the Learning Studio, a dynamic group focused on creating impactful learning solutions for customers, partners, employees, and sales enablement.

Paul Hannan has a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Education from the University of Minnesota, which they obtained from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota between 2000 and 2005. Additionally, they hold a Social Studies Teaching Certificate from the Minnesota Department of Education, which they obtained in June 2006. Currently, they are enrolled in the altMBA program and the end year is not specified.
