Sharon Graham

Sharon Graham is an experienced customer success and resource management professional with a diverse background in capacity planning and workforce management. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Calabrio, Inc. since February 2021, Sharon previously held roles such as Group Workforce Manager at STA Travel and Resource & Planning Manager at Optima Health, where centralised resource management and identification of clinical resource gaps were key responsibilities. In earlier positions, including Project Manager for Resource Capacity Planning at Assystem and Capacity Planning Specialist at Barclaycard, Sharon focused on creating capacity planning templates and refining tactical capacity plans.
