James Bradshaw

James Bradshaw has over 25 years of experience in benefits management and human resources. James started their career at Andrew Corporation in 1995 as a Senior Benefit Analyst, where they were responsible for strategic business support and systems expertise. James then moved on to Tellabs in 2006 as a Manager of Global Benefits, overseeing benefit program design and management. Bradshaw then joined Nalco, an Ecolab Company, in 2009 as a Senior Benefit Analyst before transitioning to Calamos Investments in 2014. At Calamos, they held various roles, including Benefits Manager, Director of Benefits, and Director of Benefits & HRIS, showcasing their expertise in benefits administration and HRIS systems.

James Bradshaw studied at Loyola University Chicago and obtained a BBA degree.
