Ashley Davies-Payne

Ashley Davies-Payne has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ashley is currently working as the Sr. Director of Sales at CalAmp, a connected intelligence company. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Cyber Technologies (Connected Tyres) at Pirelli from 2016 to 2020. Ashley also held the position of Senior Manager: Key Accounts at IHS Markit from 2011 to 2016.

Before that, they worked at Mercedes-Benz in various Sales & Operations Director roles in the Middle East and South Africa. Ashley started their career at Mercedes-Benz UK Ltd as a Regional Aftersales Manager and later as a Customer Support Manager. Ashley also worked as the Fleet Planning Manager at Dawsongroup plc.

Ashley Davies-Payne has a diverse education history. Ashley attended Cranfield School of Management from 2003 to 2004, where they studied Business Administration and Management. Ashley then participated in the Mercedes-Benz Global Executive Leadership Development Programme from 2004 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Plymouth between 1991 and 1995. Ashley also completed a BA Prelaw at Washington State University from 1989 to 1991. Ashley completed their school education at Hurstpierpoint College from 1981 to 1987. Additionally, they hold certifications in various areas such as Supply Chain & Inventory Management Solutions Best Practice, Connected Technology Solutions, Global Executive Leadership Development, Salesforce Systems Proficiency, and Strategic Selling.
