Don Draper

Don Draper currently serves as Regional President at Calara Group, responsible for leading regional efforts in a real estate development start-up aimed at addressing the national housing crisis. Previously, Don held various leadership roles at Rausch Coleman Homes, focusing on land delivery across the Southeastern US, and Walmart, where responsibilities included directing real estate strategies and managing extensive property portfolios. Don holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arkansas and a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness from Oklahoma State University.
