Blaine Calaway

Blaine Calaway is the current COO, VP, and Business Development at Calaway Trading. Blaine has experience in the agricultural field, having worked as an AgriEdge Specialist from August 2009 to March 2013 with Syngenta Crop Protection and as a Crew Manager from April 2003 to July 2008 with Calagri, LLC. In their role as an AgriEdge Specialist, Blaine was responsible for utilizing industry leading farm management technology to assist growers in analyzing crop inputs. This gave growers greater financial insight to their overall operation. Blaine was also responsible for making agronomic recommendations based on this information. As a Crew Manager, Blaine was responsible for managing harvest crews varying in size from 3-15 individuals. Blaine assisted in the development of harvest schedule and was responsible for the daily maintenance and service of operational equipment. Blaine also coordinated the logistics of crew/equipment during harvest cycle and implemented equipment tracking technology to monitor financials of repairs and parts management.

Blaine Calaway holds a Master's degree in Agribusiness/Agricultural Business Operations from the University of Florida, and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Brigham Young University - Idaho.

Their manager is Jeff Calaway, President & CEO. They work with Cathie McShane - CTI Logistics Manager, Elwood Sevon - Sales Manager, Japan, and Lauren Betz - Global Logistics Manager. and Jennifer Thompson - Operations Manager reports to Blaine Calaway.
