Daniel Woodwards

Daniel Woodwards has a diverse work experience, starting from their role as an Audit Senior at Ernst & Young in 1998. Daniel then worked as a Group Financial Controller at Sirdar PLC from 2003 to 2006. After that, they served as the Group Finance Director at Zubrance Ltd from 2006 to 2012. From 2012 to 2019, Daniel was the Chief Operating Officer at Seabrook Crisps Ltd. Daniel then moved on to Hill Biscuits as a Non Executive Director from 2017 to 2021. Currently, they hold two positions, one as the Group MD at Calbee Group UK Ltd since 2019, and the other as the CFO of Calbee America since 2023.

Daniel Woodwards attended the University of Warwick from 1995 to 1998, where they studied Mathematics. Daniel also obtained additional certifications, including a Certificate in Company Direction and a Diploma in Company Direction in 2009. In 2001, they became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants ACA. Daniel has also received several prestigious awards, such as the Yorkshire Finance Director Awards in 2016 for Best Finance Director of a Private Equity Company (up to £50m), and the Yorkshire Finance Director of the Year award in 2013 in the Young FD category.
