Shannon Kobes

Shannon Kobes is an experienced project manager and evaluation consultant with a strong background in higher education and program development. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Calbright College since November 2022, Shannon previously held the role of Director of Federal TRIO Student Support Services at Los Angeles Community College District, overseeing a federally funded program with a $295,000 annual budget. Additional experience includes managing research teams at Hollywood, Health, and Society, and leading evaluation projects for various organizations, such as United Way of Greater Los Angeles and the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles. Shannon holds an All But Dissertation (ABD) status in Community Psychology from Michigan State University, a Master's Degree in Cognitive & Social Psychology from Ball State University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Wayne State College.
