Audrey Griggs

Audrey Griggs has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Audrey currently holds the position of Associate Director, Business Analysis and System Design at Saint Joseph's University since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Assistant Director, Enterprise Services at the same university from April 2020 to May 2022.

Before joining Saint Joseph's University, Audrey worked at Mastery Charter Schools. Audrey held various positions including Assistant Director of Talent Analytics from August 2018 to April 2020, Workday Implementation HCM & Change Management Lead from June 2018 to April 2020, HR Manager from June 2015 to July 2018, and Director of Operations from July 2013 to June 2015.

Additionally, Audrey has experience working at KIPP Philadelphia Schools as a Lead First-Grade Teacher and Grade Level Chair from July 2012 to June 2013. Audrey also worked at Akili Academy of New Orleans as Director of Curriculum and Instruction from June 2010 to June 2012, and as a Master Teacher from July 2008 to June 2010.

Audrey began their career in education as an Elementary School Teacher at Teach For America from June 2006 to June 2008.

Audrey Griggs holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature, which they obtained from the University of Chicago from 2002 to 2006. Furthermore, they pursued their Master's degree in Education from the University of Pennsylvania between 2006 and 2008.
