Samuel Cornish

Samuel Cornish is currently a partner at Calcagni & Kanefsky. Prior to this, they worked as counsel at GENOVA BURNS GIANTOMASI WEBSTER, LLC from March 2013 to April 2015. Mr. Cornish was a member of the Complex Commercial Litigation and White Collar Groups.

From November 2005 to February 2013, Mr. Cornish served as Section Chief, Deputy Attorney General at the OFFICE OF NEW JERSEY ATTORNEY GENERAL, DIVISION OF LAW. In this role, they were responsible for leading the Securities Fraud Section and the Affirmative Litigation Section. Samuel also had significant trial and litigation experience, including deposing witnesses, briefing and arguing motions, preparing for trial, examining witnesses and presenting cases at bench trials and administrative trials, and managing a large docket of complex matters.
