John Pappalardo

John Pappalardo has a diverse work experience with various roles in different companies. John started their career in 2015 as a Custodian of Record - Compliance at HCMS, a company that was later acquired by Tristar Risk. In this role, they were responsible for compliance-related tasks. In 2018, they joined CalState Realty Services / C2 Financial Corp as a Transaction Assistant before becoming a Realtor at the same company. John worked with San Diego-based C2 Financial Corporation, which ranked as the #1 mortgage broker in the nation by AIME. At CALCAP Real Estate Advisors, Inc., John held several roles, including Acquisitions Analyst, Director of Business Development, and VP of Fund Asset Management. John contributed to the company's growth and success in these positions.

John Pappalardo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside. In 2018, they obtained a California Real Estate License from the California Department of Real Estate.
