Pamela B. Edwards, CPA, CGMA, MBA, has extensive experience in finance and project management, with a career spanning several roles at Baylor College of Medicine from 1987 to 2012, culminating as a Director overseeing Project Cost Controls. Edwards managed significant projects and budgets, including $125 million in FEMA grants and $89 million in capital budgets.
