Jude Vajira Gunasekera

Jude Vajira Gunasekera is a Senior Technical Lead at Calcey, having progressed through various positions including Technical Lead, Associate Technical Lead, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer since joining in September 2018. Previously, Jude founded the Bus Routes Colombo Android App to assist commuters in Colombo with bus routing using ASP for the Web API and algorithm development from May 2018 to July 2019. Additionally, Jude collaborated as a Research Collaborator on the Megapolis Project (GTFS) in 2018, focusing on integrating Western Province bus routes and stops into Google Maps. Early in the career, Jude gained experience as a Process Intern at MAS Holdings in late 2016. Jude holds a BSc (Hons) in Software Engineering from Staffordshire University and studied Mathematics at St. Joseph's College Colombo.
