Ross Kathman

Ross Kathman serves as the President of Calculated Hire since September 2015, overseeing the company's launch and nationwide growth as part of the Eight Eleven Group. Formerly, Ross held various roles at Brooksource from June 2004 to September 2015, culminating in the position of Director of Columbus Operations, where responsibilities included managing daily operations, training and developing staff, leading meetings, and conducting performance reviews. Ross also held positions as Senior Account Executive, Account Executive, and Senior Recruiter during the tenure at Brooksource. Ross earned a BA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Kentucky in 2004 and graduated from Covington Catholic High School in 2000.
