John Pitstick

John Pitstick currently serves as the EVP of Corporate Development at Caldera Medical as of November 2023. Additionally, John holds the position of Board Member and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Velocity Financial, Inc. since January 2020. Previously, John was the Chief Financial Officer at Dyve Biosciences from June 2022 to August 2023 and at Seven Lakes Technologies from September 2015 to May 2022, where John facilitated a significant business model transition and a successful sale. John also served as the Chief Financial Officer at Conversant from March 2005 to March 2015, managing key financial operations and leading numerous acquisitions and divestitures. Earlier in John's career, John was a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young from 1995 to 2004. John completed a degree at the University of San Francisco between 1991 and 1995.
