Maddie Claflin

Maddie Claflin is an experienced Art Director currently serving at Caldera + Lab since April 2023, with a robust background in design and digital marketing. Prior roles include Lead Designer and Design Specialist at Blackhawk Digital Marketing from November 2019 to November 2022, as well as a Volunteer Tax Preparer at Foundation Communities where Maddie identified significant tax refunds for low-income clients. Early career experience includes internships at Nate Controls and TOPAZ Technologies, where Maddie developed marketing strategies and promotional materials. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Texas McCombs School of Business and a BBA from UNSW.
