Ebrahim Dockrat Mbe

Ebrahim Dockrat MBE has a diverse range of work experience. Ebrahim currently serves as the Director of Commercial Services and Partnerships at Calderdale College, where they are responsible for maximizing opportunities for commercialization and sustainability. Ebrahim also leads the External Funding Department, overseeing the delivery of various funded programs across multiple regions to upskill businesses and facilitate economic growth. Alongside their work at Calderdale College, Ebrahim also serves as the Director of EBORWISE Ltd since 2016.

Previously, Ebrahim held several roles at the Skills Funding Agency, including National Head of Localism and ESF Programme Policy, Head of Relationships, and Head of Provider Accounts. In these positions, they played a vital role in ensuring the delivery of provision that meets the skills needs of various stakeholders.

Ebrahim has also held leadership roles in various organizations, including Chair of the West Yorkshire Criminal Justice Board Diversity Panel and Chair of the Yorkshire and Humber Hate Crime Scrutiny Panels at the Crown Prosecution Service. Additionally, they served as the Skills Development Director at the Learning and Skills Council and as the Chair of IMWS. Earlier in their career, Ebrahim worked as the European Development Manager at Calderdale and Kirklees TEC.
