Frederic Arama

Frederic Arama is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Front Office Manager and Business Partner at Calderys since September 2023, where responsibilities include managing the application landscape and dependencies in alignment with the group's digital transformation roadmap. Prior to Calderys, Frederic held the position of Engagement Manager at Capgemini from January 2022 to August 2023 and worked at AGCO Corporation from February 2016 to December 2022 as IT Lead Program and Process Manager, alongside roles such as IT Manager/CIO Deputy. Earlier experience includes serving as Project Management Officer and Improve & Maintain Manager at Poclain Hydraulics, where Frederic focused on IT organization and process improvements.
