Gunjan Jain

Gunjan Jain has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent position was as People Director, Asia Pacific at Calderys, a role they started in April 2023. Prior to that, from October 2021 to April 2023, they served as Head of HR (Asia Pacific Region and South Africa) at Vibrantz Technologies Inc. Gunjan also held the position of Vice President & CHRO, Human Resources (Global) at Towervision India Pvt Ltd from April 2016 to September 2021. Gunjan Jain, CPHR, MHRM, EQ Coach has served in various HR and leadership roles at companies such as IMI Precision Engineering, Subros Limited, and Zee Network. Gunjan started their career as a Technical Trainee at BHEL in 2002 and has steadily progressed in their career since then.

Gunjan Jain, CPHR, MHRM, EQ Coach Change Practitioner (Prosci), MBTI, began their education in 1999 at Krishna Institute of Engineering & Technology, where they obtained a degree in Engineering with a focus on Electrical & Electronics. Gunjan Jain, CPHR, MHRM, EQ Coach then pursued a PGDBM degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at the Institute of Management Studies (IMS) Ghaziabad - Business School from 2003 to 2005, earning an "A" Grade. In 2019 to 2020, Gunjan completed a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Ashton College in British Columbia, Canada. Gunjan has also obtained several additional certifications including Chartered Professional in Human Resources from CPHR BC & Yukon, Certified MBTI Practitioner from CPP, Certified EQ-i2.0 and EQ360 Coach from Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS), Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci, and a Talent Sourcing certification from LinkedIn, among others.
