Lauren Hart has extensive experience in HR and labor relations. Lauren currently holds the position of Director, People - Americas at Calderys. Previously, they served as the Director, Field HR and Labor at HarbisonWalker International. Prior to that, they worked as the Labor Relations Manager at Transtar, LLC (Subsidiary of U.S. Steel), where they led labor relations functions for over 500 employees across multiple locations. Lauren Hart holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University, specializing in Employment Law. Lauren also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business, with a focus on Human Resources. Additionally, Lauren earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, specializing in Human Resources, from Duquesne University.
