Lauren Hart has extensive experience in HR and labor relations. Lauren currently holds the position of Director, People - Americas at Calderys. Lauren Hart holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University, specializing in Employment Law. Lauren also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business, with a focus on Human Resources. Additionally, Lauren earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, specializing in Human Resources, from Duquesne University. Lauren also holds certifications including SHRM-CP from SHRM, Professional in Human Resources from HR Certification Institute - HRCI, and Six Sigma Green Belt from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business.
