Marc von Ohlen

Marc von Ohlen serves as the Operational Excellence Manager at Calderys since August 2023. Previously, Marc held the position of Head of Continuous Improvement at Henkel from November 2022 to May 2023, and prior to that, was the Head of Engineering, Automation, and Innovation at GXO Logistics, Inc. from October 2021 to October 2022. Marc's extensive experience at Mars from August 2000 to September 2021 included roles such as Mars-Wrigley EU/UK Regional Supply Excellence Coach, Supply Excellence Manager, and Maintenance Industrial Engineer, among others. Marc holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Fontys Venlo University of Applied Sciences, completed in June 2020.
