Pam Helms has a diverse and extensive work experience in the research and development field. Pam began their career as a Research & Development Manager at Redmond Products/The Aussie Brand in 1987. After almost a decade, they moved on to L'Oréal as a Senior Development Chemist. In 1997, they joined Firmenich as an Air Care Group Leader before transitioning to The Thymes Limited in 1999 as a Research & Development Group Leader. In 2001, Pam Helms became the VP of Research & Development/Technical Services at Caldrea Company/Mrs. Meyers Clean Day. Pam then returned to SC Johnson in 2014 as a Senior Director Research & Development. Most recently, they have held the role of Executive Director Research & Development at SC Johnson since 2018.
