Herb Williams has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Herb started their career at David Weekley Homes in 2003, where they served as a Senior Construction Manager until 2012. After leaving David Weekley Homes, they joined Sitterle Homes as a Project Manager from 2014 to 2019. In 2019, Herb Williams moved on to Caldwell Companies, initially working as a Construction Operations Manager until 2023. Herb is currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Experience and Quality at Caldwell Companies.

Herb Williams completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History from Texas A&M University, studying from 1993 to 1998.
