Rafael Alvarez

Rafael Alvarez is an experienced Plant Manager currently at Caldwell Manufacturing Company since April 2021. Prior to this role, Rafael held various positions at Crown Holdings, Inc., including Plant Manager and Plant Superintendent from October 2011 to July 2020.
